PROCEDURES
Qualify that your product meets the return criteria. Request a RMA number from your sales representative and provide photos if applicable. Write the RMA number on the box and ATTN: Shipping Dept.
ON RECEIPT, ALL RETURNS WILL BE CAREFULLY INSPECTED
Returned product will be carefully and thoroughly inspected in accordance with Partronix West Corp.’s Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Criteria. When Returns meet our RMA Criteria, Partronix West Corp. will refund, credit or exchange replacements for you.
RMA CRITERIA
Claims must be reported within 10 working days after receipt of goods. Returns are products purchased from us within the previous 30 days. Prior to shipping, you request and received an RMA number from Partronix West Corp. Include all Failure Reports, DMR or NCMR sheets for damaged products. Partronix West Corp. RMA numbers will expire after 15 calendar days from issuance. Any product(s) received after the Partronix West Corp. RMA number expires will not be accepted for return. The product is returned in its original packaging, not loose or in disarray. All RMA refunds are subject to 15% restocking fee.
SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
To ensure proper identification of your RMA # please place the RMA # on the box.
The RMA must reach our warehouse within 10 calendar days of the RMA issuance.
Merchandise must be secured with proper packaging to prevent any damage in transit.
Product must be complete and in original packaging, with no visible damage (i.e. rip’s, tears, compressions, holes or dents).
STANDARD WARRANTY
All products sold by Partronix West Corp. are covered by our standard 30-day warranty. Buyer has the right to examine and test goods to determine damage, defect, or shortage. Standard warranty merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods to receive a refund or credit. Please note that ALL returns require an RMA number and are at the sole discretion of Partronix West Corp.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE POLICY
Partronix West Corp. will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. Physical damage to product includes but is not limited to improper handling and or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. |
